G (x2) thanks G - I really appreciate your support and I'll get the poem posted with the other published stuff gyroscope rebel arts and I'll put a note and link up here on the blog to it once that is done - hugs back!!

paisley yes for sure, the rejection thing is real - but honestly publication is a lot about numbers - acceptance rate is low (1-5%) even for excellent work - I keep all my many, many rejections (and acceptances of course) and I made it a game of trying to get at least 10 rejections per month when I first started submitting, just a silly thing to help me focus on making sure I was submitting and resubmitting the work often enough - never got to ten but I got close and the side-effect is that I've grown rhino skin when it comes to the work - which is a huge benefit in this biz!

and btw - I've read just excellent pieces by you - and I am sure I've only read a very small fraction of your entire body of work - when you are ready, you'll know - and then just go for it !!

I'll get the poem in question posted in the published poems section on gyroscope rebel arts and will post a link to it on the blog once it is there - thanks tons for the interest!!

Selma thanks Selma - your very kind words are so much appreciated. and yes indeed - success for everyone - cheers!! for me that will be improved quality of my writing, pushing out in new directions, and getting my current manuscript submitted to everywhere it needs to go before the deadlines pass -

You really deserve the recognition. You are one of the best poets I have met on the internet. Without question. Your images really are quite beautiful and I enjoy how well-considered your pieces are. You are also just plain clever! I am so glad you have had your work included in these publications. I hope you are just as successful this year.
